I used a real toy model to create this 3D model in Maya. The First thing to do is to take picture of this toy with front look, side look, and top look. Then I use Maya to create the 3D model.
Walking Man

This is a practice project for making a walking character. The model is given by the teacher and all the thing I do is adding the walking animation for it in Maya.
Robot Arm on the Truck

This is a practice project for basic animation. First we create a truck with a robot hand, which has joint in it. Then we create a can on the groud. The animation for this practice is to create a routine for truck to run, and it will stop near the can. The robot hand on the truck will pick the can up and put on the truck. This project is made in Maya.
Jumping Rody
Made from December 22, 2013 to January 12, 2014
This is a project for making a animation video with multiple camera. The model we use is Rody. We first took the picture of Rody toy with front look and side look. After creating the main model by Maya, we put some polygons on the ground and set two camera. We use each camera to adject and catch the different movement from the animation. The first camera is to catch the ready position for jumping, and the second camera is to follow the jumping Rody. After that, we save each frame into a series of picture, and use After Effect to add sound and background.

Vanellope von Schweetz

This is a practice project for creating a complete 3D character. The character we use for practicing is Vanellop von Schweetz from the Disney Movie "Wreck-It Ralph". We use the front and side pictures, which made by my teacher, to create the model in Maya, and we add line on her hair.
