I have been volunteering Salt Lake Comic Con twice, and this time I join Media Team to help creating the videos and release them on Facebook and YouTube. The videos I made for 3-day events are cosplay highlight and celebrities' events (including celebrity row and panels). Those videos have over thousands people watching on Facebook.

TESS - 4D maze game trailer

At the beginning of Spring semester in 2015, which is also my second semester in EAE, I made a game prototype for the concept of thesis game with 6-people group. After the prototype is completed, one of the Engineer and I record the playing videos, and I was in charge of making trailer. I use PowerDirector to make this trailer, inluding cutting and editing the playing videos, designing the narrative, adding music and effects.

DAGi Stylus Products Introduction

I worked for DAGi Company in Taiwan before going to the graduate school. The thing I do is editing the product videos. First, the artist in the company will record several parts of video. After receiving all the clips, I started to arrange them and make a narrative script to introduce them. With arranged clips and vocal introduction, I use PowerDirector to edit the video, including cutting clips, adding vocal file and music, adding special effect, and adding subtitles to highlight some important part of information.

I made this for interview in a educational press. First they gave me a math question. I need to find the solution first then made it a tutorial. I use PhotoShop to draw all the objects and use Flash to make the animation. Also, I added my vocal explanation in the video, too.

I made this video for a competition, which host by CIEE in Taiwan. In 2011 Summer, I went to UCLA for English Extension class and I've been to many fun places. After that, I heard this competition and decided to attend (too bad I didn't record any video, only shooting photos). I collected some good photos and edit them in Windows Movie Maker. I also use this tool to add special effect, music and subtitles. At the end, I got a really good prize, and CIEE even use my video to be one of the class introduction video for there comany.

Waltz Tutorial

At the last year in college, I joined the team to host the prom. Because knowing how to dance Waltz, I was the leader of social dance. To make people learn quickly without any basic knowledge of Waltz, I decided to make a tutorial and released it before prom. We recorded the clips for each steps, and I use PowerDirector to make the video. The thing I do is arranging the clips, cutting the clips, and adding music and subtitles.
College Memory - part 2

Every year, we have CSIE night and it's a big night for all the student in Computer Science. All the students and Faculties will get together. Each grade need to prepare one performance to entertain other. The special thing in this activity is senior's performance. Because they are going to graduate, the show they present will be about their college memory. When it was our turn, we decided to make a show combine with stage performance and videos. We have several theme for the videos, and the one I made is "Cheating" one, which shows some exaggrated ways to cheat during the test. I use PowerDirector to make the video, including cutting clips, adding special effect, music, sound, and some subtitles.
Class Project - The Copy Love

This is a final project for Classic Novels and Media Creativity class. The goal of the project is to make a micro cinema and the story need to have sci-fi element in it. Commercial Film for Computer Research Club

I joined Computer Research Club when I was in high school. Our leading team member decided to make a commercial film to attract more club members to join us, and it was my responsible to do it. I ask the other leading member to be my actress and I record all the clips. After that, I use Windows Movie Maker to make this video, including cutting clips, adding music, special effect, and subtitles.
